IAuditEvent が AIKernel のオーケストレーション、統治、ランタイム運用で担う契約境界を定義する。

EventId string 監査イベントの一意識別子。
EventType string イベント種別またはカテゴリ。
Timestamp DateTime イベント発生日時。
Subject string 監査対象。
Description string 人間が読める監査説明。
Severity AuditSeverity 監査重要度。
Metadata IReadOnlyDictionary<string, string> 構造化された監査メタデータ。
